Little Bug lives for “craft time” and our CC community was going to exchange valentines. Making a craft that could become their Valentines for their friends seemed like the perfect idea! 

I cut out red & white paper into rectangular bookmark shapes and then the girls glued the white paper onto the red paper.

To make the heart, they were to use their thumbprints. For some reason, it wasn’t working for them, so I used my thumb to make the heart in the middle of the bookmark and they were satisfied with that!

Then they decorated the bookmarks for each of their friends.

I laminated the bookmarks and tied a red ribbon for a tassel.

Little Bug wrote her friends’ names on the bookmarks. We taped a lollipop to each bookmark and then they were ready to be passed out!

They turned out adorable!
