Cycle 1 History: Usborne Books Match Up
Dec 02, 2015
Usborne Books are a phenomenal resource to any homeschooling family and especially those involved with Classical Conversations. It is amazing how much Memory Work is embedded within the pages of Usborne Books. I thought it would be a great idea to share here how we use Usborne books with CC! If you want to purchase any of these books after browsing them through this post, CLICK HERE to shop and support my good friend, Sarah, who introduced me to Usborne books!

This is another favorite among my 6 and 4-year olds. They love learning about the Egyptians and this book tells them all they could want to know about mummies and pyramids.

Encyclopedia of World History
This is a wonderful resource to have for all three Classical Conversations cycles. The first section about the “Prehistoric World” does include evolution. I want my children to be educated about evolution theories even though I do not teach that to be Truth. The rest of the sections of this encyclopedia cover ancient history all the way to modern-day history.
And Here We Go has the Usborne World History Encyclopedia Match Up for ALL 3 cycles! Click here to get it.
