{Letter of the Week}

Sweet Pea’s Letter of the Week was Letter U! She learned all about ocean creatures as we read Over in the Ocean in a Coral Reef. She painted her Letter U blue and then put the ocean animal stickers in the “ocean”. Sweet Pea did her Do-A-Dot Letter U.

{Sea Animal Picture & Fish Memory}

Little Bug played Fish Memory with Sweet Pea. They kept wanting to play over and over. Sweet Pea made a Sea Animal picture as we talked about the different sea creatures.

{Sea Animal Sort}

This activity wasn’t part of the Ready-Made Preschool Level 1 curriculum, but I thought it would be a great opportunity to play with our plastic animal collection (a favorite toy in our house). Sweet Pea got two huge plates out and she sorted the animals onto the plates: Sea Animals on one plate an non-sea animals on the other plate.
