Sweet Pea’s Letter of the Week was Letter Pp. She painted with purple and pink paint on her Letter P. We read If You Give A Pig a Party, In a People House, The Greedy Python and The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything.

Sweet Pea made two pizzas from paper and shapes. We talked about the shapes as she put them on her pizza and then we counted how many of each shape were on her pizzas. Sweet Pea has made some progress with learning to do patterns! She was able to do the first AB pumpkin pattern herself! Little Bug did the second one. After reading the book, The Little Old Lady Who Wasn’t Afraid of Anything, we talked about the Pumpkin Life Cycle. Little Bug helped Sweet Pea put the cards in sequential order.

Our next letter is Letter Uu!
