K Week!
Jun 14, 2012
I made little kites from foam paper and white ribbon and Little Bug glued the kites onto the letter K. She told me she wanted to fly a kite so Uncle bought her a kite for her birthday!
Little Bug made a Kite with Pattern Blocks.
Little Bug learned how to properly set the kitchen table for a meal. I printed the placemat on that link and then Little Bug set the table with a plastic fork, knife and spoon, napkin and paper plate. I glued them down for her with a glue gun.
Little Bug made a kangaroo! I cut the pieces out of foam paper and then Little Bug glued the parts together to make the kangaroo.
We played the game Roll A Kite!
Little Bug rolled the dice and then got the corresponding piece to make the kite. I bought a set of two dice on Amazon.
Little Bug is counting the dots on the die in the picture above. She is saying, “Four!” Her hair was still wet from swimming with Uncle in the backyard!
We ended K Week with a Koala bear handprint!
